Copyright notices, handled in writing
How to report a copyright concern to Zoryflix, what your notice needs to contain, what we do when it arrives, and how to respond if you believe something was removed by mistake.

01What Zoryflix does, and does not do
Zoryflix provides server and software services: subscriber credentials, streaming infrastructure and the support around them. We do not host, broadcast, record, produce or supply any media content, and we make no claim to own or hold rights in content made available by third-party sources.
We still respect copyright and take notices seriously. Where a valid notice concerns material within our control, such as this website, our written guides and images, or the lines and servers we operate, we act on it.
02How to send a notice
Email support@zoryflix.best with DMCA notice in the subject line. Please use email rather than WhatsApp, so both sides have a written record. One email can cover several works, provided each item is identified clearly.
03What a notice must include
Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a notice is complete when it contains:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for the owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed or, for several works, a representative list;
- identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it: a URL for anything on this website or, for a stream, the channel or title name as it appears in the player and the date and time (with time zone) you saw it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If an element is missing, we will ask for it before we can act.
04What happens next
- We confirm receipt by email and review the notice.
- If it is incomplete or unclear, we tell you exactly what is missing.
- If it is valid and the material is within our control, we remove it or disable access to it promptly.
- Where we can identify the person responsible, we tell them about the removal and how to file a counter-notice.
- If the material is controlled by a third party, we tell you so and, where appropriate, forward your notice.
05Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Zoryflix may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward a complete counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored.
06Repeat infringers
Our terms already forbid rebroadcasting, restreaming, recording or redistributing content obtained through the service. In appropriate circumstances we suspend and then terminate, without a refund, the lines of subscribers who repeatedly infringe or are the subject of repeated valid notices.
07Good faith and misrepresentation
Only send a notice for material you own or are authorised to act for, and consider whether the use may be permitted, for example as fair use in the US or fair dealing in the UK and Canada. Under section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
08Notices from outside the US
Rights holders in the UK, Canada and elsewhere can use the same address and send the same information. We handle every notice the same way, whatever country it comes from, and nothing here limits the remedies your own law gives you.
